Pilates Reformer Intense

Be prepared to be amazed at how wonderful you will feel after Pilates.

This class is sure to challenge your muscles! Is your CORE ready for this?? During this full body workout you will feel the heat- TRY this intense muscle burn class- Don't forget your H2O!

The Reformer is a spring-loaded, resistance-training apparatus that allows for full range of motion with a smooth-gliding carriage. You will strengthen and stretch your entire body, and develop improved balance, muscle tone and alignment, ease of motion and bone density.

Pilates Reformer 

Be prepared to be amazed at how wonderful you will feel after Pilates. This workout will not only make you feel taller with more flexibility but it will also build muscle tone and strengthen your core like no other class. Try it with us!

Pilates Stations

Be prepared to be amazed at how wonderful you will feel after Pilates. Class is going to fly by! You will be rotating around to different stations - on and off the reformer. Using weights and other equipment. Let's have some fun, try it with us!

We will be on and off the reformer during this 45 minute Reformer Cardio. SAFE and easy on those joints while delivering the CARDIO your body craves. Don't forget your H20-

Pilates Reformer Tower

Pilates Tower is an apparatus that is attached to the Reformer, but offers a more stable surface to work from. Individuals will sit, stand or lie down on a mat and work with resistive springs that are attached to a Tower to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance.

Pilates Reformer Intervals

Be prepared to be amazed at how wonderful you will feel after Pilates. Core strength conditioning mixed with short bursts of cardio utilizing Pilates Reformer and jump-board!

CLASSES

 

High Gear

High Gear combines different training styles. Experience functional movements mixed with weights and resistance work with the goal of strength and cardio endurance. Through timed intervals you will push your body to amplify your workout performance. 

(Men's Class)   

 

Cardio PumpED

Just like Cardio Pump, this class is a full body workout. It is a combination of weights, cardio and plyometrics. In Cardio PumpED you can expect to take your workout to the next level. It will incorporate heavier weights than you typical Cardio Pump, along with more overall body weight movements. This class is geared towards helping you push yourself to the next level as well as break through your plateaus.

Booty Barre

Booty Barre puts a new spin on your typical barre class.The main focus is isolating the glutes, quads, and hamstrings. This class will help you tighten and tone those problem areas.

 

Tabata-30 minutes

Need to squeeze a workout in? Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last four minutes. One cycle looks like this:

*Workout hard for 20 seconds

*Rest for 10 seconds

*Complete 8 rounds

We will be doing 6 cycles which include a warm up, legs, arms, core, back/shoulders and a cool down.

Recommended for all fitness levels.

 

Dynamic Duo

Dynamic Duo High intensity cardio interval exercise combined with strength training. You will maximize your intervals, elevate the heart rate and speed up your metabolism, by performing quick burst of cardio movements. Once you're maxed out, the strength training will kick it. It will give you a little chance to recover, before your next cardio interval, but also keep your heart rate elevated for a higher calorie burn throughout your workout!

Butts & Guts

Butts and Guts is a 45 minute class that is exactly like it sounds. We will work the hamstrings, quads, thighs, and glutes for half the class. Then we'll turn our focus to the "guts" and work on that six pack. You can expect exercises of high repetitions mixed with muscle targeting in order to optimize your strength and results.

Revamp
 

A full body workout that incorporates high intensity drills in order to maximize heart rate. Recovery times are brief and a variety of equipment is used. This helps to change the focus of the muscle group and minimize repetition. Perfect for all fitness levels

Cuts & Cardio
 

Cuts and Cardio is a strength and conditioning class that emphasizes high-intensity functional movements. This class focuses not only on cardiovascular endurance, speed, and stamina, as well as strength, power, coordination, agility and balance. The goal is maximizing your performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity!

Total Barre
 

Total Barre is a mixture of Pilates, ballet, and functional training. Each workout beings with a warm up followed by sequences of abdominal and body weight movements. Next you will transition to th ballet bare for lower body isolated exercises that strengthen and tone the legs and glutes.

 

Rock the Top

No Complex choreography here as we amp up your sexy by creating sleek definition in your upper body & core. This is the class for you if you are ready to tone up and show off those shoulders, arms & six pack!

Body Blast

Get Your cardio and fun all in one place with this fun and never boring interval class. You'll work your upper and lower body as you get your heart rate up at the same time. Be ready to sweat with this 45 minute class intended for all fitness levels.

Activate

This is a 30-minute class. 9 compound moves using multiple body parts at a time. Torch calories & activate those muscles. All fitness levels welcome.

PUSH

This cardio and strength class has an emphasis on proper form & functional movements. You'll use free weights & gravity with some bands thrown in. We move together for 30 minutes then enjoy an extended stretch & release sesh to restore & rejuvenate those muscles.

50/50

This calorie-incinerating heart pumping workout starts with heavy lifting and then shifts to high-intensity cardio to help build our muscles while burning fat all over.

Restorative YOGA

A yoga class aimed at relaxing the mind while increasing flexibility and strength in the body. This class will have a slower pace and will focus on understanding the foundation of the mini-movements within each posture. This is a great class for all levels, especially beginners.

Vinyasa Flow YOGA

This yoga class will have participants move through a series of poses and postures at their own pace with attention pain to the breath throughout. This class will gently elevate your heart rate while strengthening muscles and improving balance.

TRX

This is a resistance training class. We will build strength, stability and flexibility for a total body workout. This class is great for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced, I can modify each workout to suit your needs.

Power Vinyasa Flow

Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an invigorating full-body flow where you'll explore yoga postures and work every muscle through movement and breath. Strengthen, balance and detoxify your body and mind while challenging yourself. Set to an energizing playlist you will leave feeling awakened turning your stress into sweat. 

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt combines free weights with familiar yoga moves and strength training moves like squats and curls, you will receive a soulful yet fierce workout. This sweaty nonstop flow class is energetic, demanding, yet surprisingly zen-filled experience. 

Power Hour

Power Hour is a class that focuses on constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. Weightlifting, Plyometrics, Body Weight Movements, Running, Jumping, and Rowing.

Workouts that compliment your normal routines and everyday life. Helps even out any muscle imbalance or weakness and ultimately enhances your fitness level.

Elevate

A full functional, whole body workout designed to strengthen muscles and build endurance. For all ages and levels.

HIIT IT

 

HIIT is a training technique which involves intense bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by periods of low-intensity active rest. HIIT can be a great option for staying in shape when time is an issue. The true benefits of HIIT come from its effects on post-workout. It has been shown to elevate the metabolism for hours after your workout, essentially turning you into a fat-burning machine!!
