I have all around passion for personal training. It is more than a job and my clients are more than just people that I train. I grew up in the gym and playing various sports. I have been a personal trainer for 7+ years. My goal is to not only help my clients look their best, but also feel their best. Fitness has been a part of my life since I was five. It started with dance. Dancing competitively throughout my childhood was my creative and fitness outlet. I danced competitively until I was married; then again after I was married.
After my last child was born when I was 29, my body didn’t bounce back. I was inspired by a friend who too was a mother who had transformed her body through CrossFit. I started with CrossFit, graduated to bodybuilding and then added Pilates to round out my fitness routine.
I strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle for myself and for my family through structured meal planning and scheduled work-out routines…a must for a mother with four active children who has competitive body-building aspirations.
Megan believes that exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand to create an overall benefit to your health and well-being. She carries a degree in nutrition from San Francisco State as well as has a background in group fitness, private training and Pilates expertise. With her Pilates background she works to rehabilitate clients from injury/surgery and works closely with her clients to gain mobility and strength. Her PT clients range from rehab, weight loss, and those looking to build strength. You will get a very personal experience when you train with her. As a gym partner Megan has a very devoted heart for the gym. You will notice her big smile and spunky attitude every day
Adrian was raised in Escalon, grew up playing sports and has always had a passion for competitive fitness & athletics. After being a previous gym owner herself, she decided to take time away from the business aspect to focus soley on coaching clients, her family, and personal fitness goals at EscalonFIT. Adrian has her Level 1 Crosstraining Certification. Her style of coaching is a mixture of crosstraining, olympic lifting movements, plyometrics, and basic gymnatsics movements. She loves to push our members and watch them unfold into stronger, confident people feeling that anything is possible. She believes in hard work, determination, and a "never-give-up" mentality to accomplish goals.
