AIMEE FOSTER
Aimee Foster is proud to offer EscalonFIT as the perfect combination of strength, friendship and overall wellness. It has been her goal and the goal of EscalonFIT and Wellness to provide big town benefits with the convenience of a locally owned small town business. Aimee is also a Real Estate Appraiser for over 20 years here in the valley and along with her husband Mark, farm walnuts just outside of town. Mark and Aimee have a large family including 10 grand kids keeping them busy. Customer Service, cleanliness and friendship are her ingredients to making our gym the best part of your day, every day.
MEGAN SILVA
Megan has been a part of EscalonFIT since day one. She has a passion for health and fitness and enjoys sharing that passion with the Escalon community. She is a wife and mother of three. She enjoys spending time with her family camping, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, horseback riding or pretty much any other outside activities. She and her husband own and manage two dairies also located in Escalon and her passion for the dairy and agriculture industries match that of her health and fitness passions. Megan understands the importance of exposing your body to several different types of movement. She loves to lift heavy, run for distance and last October she became a certified Pilates Instructor. She constantly encourages members to try new things and to stay consistent in order to achieve their health and fitness goals. She has the utmost respect for her partners and believes that it truly takes a village to maintain EscalonFIT and Wellness. She is also beyond blessed to have what she considers to be the best instructors in the central valley.
MEGAN KISTLER
Hi, I am Megan Kistler. I grew up in Escalon. Was raised on the values of hard work and healthy habits. I graduated from San Francisco state with a degree in nutrition and food service management. After moving home, my grade school sweetheart and I had our son, Ryder, got married and had our daughter Eyely. My love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle began when I was younger. My first real job was at a fitness facility in Modesto. I worked in each and every department within that facility and really learned the ropes about owning a fitness business and being an instructor. In 2012, I started teaching group fitness classes including piloxing, trx, barre, cardio, pilates, weights and much more. I fell in love with everything Pilates; changing people's lives. Strengthening their bodies and rehabbing injuries. I began focusing my career on teaching clients in a group setting as well as training trainers to become certified. After owning a studio in Modesto I decided it was best for my family to be closer to town and was welcomed with open arms by EscalonFit owners Aimee, Vonda and Megan. I became partner and our friendship has only gotten stronger. We make a wonderful team and are always looking out for our professionals and the community.
VONDA VAN VLIET
I’ve been married to my husband Mike for 30 years. We have 3 adult sons and a daughter-in-law. We own and operate a dairy, grow and harvest our own feed, and farm almond trees. I do all the bookkeeping for our businesses.
I feel very blessed to partner with Aimee, Megan, and Megan in the gym, Wellness Center, and now our Pilates/Yoga studio! I'm excited to see what the future holds!
