You'll be amazed at how wonderful you will feel after Pilates. Our Reformers are spring-loaded, resistance-training apparatus' that allow for a full range of motion with a smooth-gliding carriage. You will strengthen and stretch your entire body, develop improved balance, improve muscle tone and alignment, and develop an ease of motion and bone density.

YOGA

The goal of yoga is to create a self understanding through physical movement, breathing and meditation. Some benefits of yoga include balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit. You will also gain strength, flexibility range of motion and balance. Yoga calms the mind while reducing depression, stress, anxiety and insomnia.

Megan Kistler
Pilates Director/Personal Trainer
Megan believes that exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand to create an overall benefit to your health and well-being. She carries a degree in nutrition from San Francisco State and has 15 plus years experience in group fitness, private training, rehab and is a master trainer in Pilates.
Heather Lewis
Pilates Instructor
Heather has been a fitness trainer and group fitness instructor for over 15 years. She is certified in Spin, TRX, PiYo, and Pilates Reformers. She is a certified Balanced Body Instructor with a passion for making everyone feel comfortable in their own skin.
Amy Kistler
Pilates Instructor
Hi Amy here! I am a Pilates and group fitness instructor. I love to inspire you to move your body, laugh, dance, and find your fun in fitness. I truly believe that health is the best wealth.
Misty Gonsalves
Pilates Instructor
Misty is a dynamic and functional Pilates instructor. You will see her at The Studio subbing an array of classes and styles but her signature class she teaches is Power Pilates and it is everything the word power can be used to describe. Be sure to bring shoes to power pilates. She is a wonderful instructor with many years on her belt. You will see her passion for teaching with every class.
