The goal of yoga is to create a self understanding through physical movement, breathing and meditation. Some benefits of yoga include balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit. You will also gain strength, flexibility range of motion and balance. Yoga calms the mind while reducing depression, stress, anxiety and insomnia.

Megan believes that exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand to create an overall benefit to your health and well-being. She carries a degree in nutrition from San Francisco State and has a background in group fitness, private training, rehab and is a master trainer in Pilates.

Hi, my name is Cat. I began my Yoga journey back in 2019 and it has changed my life! Although I enjoy taking Yang style classes, my love of teaching is definitely with the softer side of both Yin and Restorative Yoga. I enjoy guiding my students to connect with their breath and assist them in releasing muscular tension in the body.

I’m a lover of life, hikes, painting, cooking, and fitness. 5 years ago I began a search for something active to part take in, and with my torn ligaments in mind, yoga was the solution. I learned to connect with myself spiritually and physically. I'm now a certified teacher in Spiritual and Trauma Informed Yoga and excited to share my passion and connect other people to their mind, body, and spirit.
