You'll be amazed at how wonderful you will feel after Pilates. Our Reformers are spring-loaded, resistance-training apparatus' that allow for a full range of motion with a smooth-gliding carriage. You will strengthen and stretch your entire body, develop improved balance, improve muscle tone and alignment, and develop an ease of motion and bone density.

YOGA
Currently not offering
The goal of yoga is to create a self understanding through physical movement, breathing and meditation. Some benefits of yoga include balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit. You will also gain strength, flexibility range of motion and balance. Yoga calms the mind while reducing depression, stress, anxiety and insomnia.

Megan believes that exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand to create an overall benefit to your health and well-being. She carries a degree in nutrition from San Francisco State and has 15 plus years experience in group fitness, private training, rehab and is a master trainer in Pilates.

Simone helps clients get stronger, move better, and feel confident through personal training, group fitness, Pilates, and nutrition coaching at Escalon Fit.With certifications in NASM, USAW Level 1, BRM, and Reformer and Mat Pilates, she blends strength training, core work, and realistic nutrition into programs that get results—and keep you coming back.
Amy Kistler
Pilates Instructor
Amy Smith has been teaching Pilates for over seven years and is passionate about helping clients prioritize their health and well-being. She believes that investing in yourself is one of the most valuable things you can do.
With a fun and encouraging approach, Amy creates an enjoyable environment while guiding clients through their fitness journey, helping them feel stronger, more confident, and supported every step of the way.
Kylee Palmer
Pilates Instructor
Kylee is an avid gym-goer who discovered Pilates and quickly fell in love with its flow and movement. She brings a high-energy, fast-paced style to her classes, followed by a relaxing and rewarding cool down.
Her goal is to create a fun, dynamic experience that leaves clients feeling strong, refreshed, and excited to come back.
