The Reformer is a spring-loaded, resistance-training apparatus that allows for full range of motion with a smooth-gliding carriage. The goal of yoga is to create a self understanding through physical movement, breathing and meditation.There are many different styles of yoga. Some styles are fast paced and vigorous while others are very gentle and slow-moving. Some benefits of yoga include balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit. You will also gain strength, flexibility range of motion and balance. Yoga calms the mind while reducing depression, stress, anxiety and insomnia. Don't fall for the myth that you have to be flexible to do yoga. Try out a class and surprise yourself with how good you can feel.
WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
We offer uniquely transformative workshops led by expert teachers who will share their knowledge of a particular subject, style, technique, or approach. A workshop will enable you to become thoroughly immersed in a single topic or technique over the course of an afternoon, a weekend or a series of weeks. You do not need to be enrolled in classes or a member to attend a workshop or special event.
PERSONAL TRAINING & REHAB
Whether you are beginning a workout routine, rehabbing from an injury or want to deepen your skills, private training sessions will help you reach your personal goals. Private sessions offer the personalized instruction necessary to develop a greater understanding of pilates or yoga and the many benefits including optimizing your health, reducing stress, fine tuning your practice and deepening your connection to your breath. The private class is based entirely on your needs. The instructor works with you to create a practice suitable for where you are now to get you to where you want to be.

PILATES TOWER CLASS
Pilates Tower is an apparatus that is attached to the Reformer, but offers a more stable surface to work from. Individuals will sit, stand or lie down on a mat and work with resistive springs that are attached to a Tower to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance.

YIN & RESPORATIVE YOGA
This class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly and gently. Meditation and Pranaymana (breath work) techniques are taught to promote relaxation. Class concludes with Restorative Yoga postures which settle the body and mind.
PILATES PERSONAL TRAINING
Pilates is a great way to achieve a balanced body. Take advantage of private session to get an individualized workout and detailed supervision. You will accelerate faster in your skills and enhance your understanding of your body and the techniques. Pilates is also an important tool to assist in the recovering of an injury.
YOGA PERSONAL TRAINING
Do you feel you’ve reached a plateau in your personal practice or want to take your practice deeper? Maybe your doctor has recommended yoga to improve your mental or physical health. Pilates Director | Personal Trainer
Megan believes that exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand to create an overall benefit to your health and well-being. She carries a degree in nutrition from San Francisco State as well as has a background in group fitness, private training and Pilates expertise. With her Pilates background she works to rehabilitate clients from injury/surgery and works closely with her clients to gain mobility and strength. Her PT clients range from rehab, weight loss, and those looking to build strength. You will get a very personal experience when you train with her. As a gym partner Megan has a very devoted heart for the gym. You will notice her big smile and spunky attitude every day.
