We offer over 20 fitness classes per week to help tone and strengthen your body. Push yourself while being encouraged by trained coaches that help you reach your fitness goals.

SCULPT

Total core isolation of the abs & glutes with cardio blasts. This class will tighten, tone, and have you working up a sweat to improve metabolic conditioning and help melt away fat.

TABATA

High intensity interval training (HIT) workout. Each exercise is performed in

four  minute increments. Six total cycles include: warm-up, arms, core, back/shoulders, and a cool down. Recommended for all fitness levels.

POWER HOUR

Constant varied, high-intensity, functional movements. Weight movements, running, jumping and rowing. Helps even out any muscle imbalance or weakness and enhances your fitness level.

TRX

Resistance training class to build strength, stability and flexibility for a total body workout. Great class for beginners through advanced fitness levels. Can be modified to suit individual needs.

BUTTS & GUTS

45 minute class working the hamstrings, quads, thighs and glutes for the first half of class, then finish with abdominal work. Expect exercises of high repetitions mixed with muscle targeting in order to optimize your strength and results.

DYNAMIC DUO

High intensity cardio interval exercises combined with strength training. You will elevate your heart rate and speed up your metabolism performing quick bursts of cardio movements.

Escalon's Premier Pilates + Yoga Studio. Our enthusiastic trainers are motivated to help you become stronger, more flexible, and balanced with an overall sense of well-being. We offer group classes as well as private and semi-private sessions.

YOGA

Yoga helps create a self understanding through physical movement, breathing and meditation. It helps calm the mind while reducing stress, anxiety, insomnia, and depression. Creating a sense of balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit. You'll gain strength, flexibility, better range of motion, and improve balance. We offer many different styles of yoga at the Studio, including:

PILATES

Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. The exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements. Benefits include improved posture, balance, muscle tone & alignment and improved bone density. Pilates targets the "powerhouse" muscles- glutes, hips, pelvic floor and lower back. We use Reformer machines that are spring-loaded apparatus' and allow for a full range of motion. We offer a variety of Pilates classes at the Studio, including:
